CLASS
This week we didn't have a regular class. Instead we had to meet up with Professor Mangini for a conference. In the conference we would be going over our progress in class. I picked 4:30pm as my time. I was off that day so I had to drop Nick off at my Mom mom's so they could watch him while I was gone. Of course my rush to get there came to a complete stop on Rt 1 because of the traffic. I started to panic a little so I called Professor Mangini and left a message on his voicemail to say that I was running late but I was on my way. I think I made it to his office around 4:40ish which isn't too bad I guess. As I took my seat we jumped right into the conference. We talked about my website and he told me that I needed to clean it up. Describing what's things needed to be fixed. We also discussed my AMA paper. I started to hate my AMA paper because it became this big mess of mindsets and teachings. I had thought about scrapping it and starting anew. After talking about it that's exactly what I decided to do. We talked about my grade and its where I thought I was in the class. I plan on keeping that grade for the rest of the class. At least that's the grade I feel I deserve. Overall I think the conference went well.
HOME
I've been in crazy mom mode hunting down a holster and gun for Nick's Halloween costume. He wants to be Woody from Toy Story. I'm After several stops we finally found one at the Spirit Halloween store. I had to make his belt buckle myself so it's not quite like Woody's but I think it'll be fine for one night. Of course Nick pointed out the difference but I explained to him that nobody would notice. Woody's buckle has a bull on it my buckle does not. I picked up Nick's school pictures from school and they turned out great! He is such a handsome boy. He rocked his blue hoodie because I didn't know it was picture day. Now that I think about it, it makes more sense to have a picture of him in his regular every day clothes. He is only 4yrs old and shouldn't be all dressed up. Now we can look back and see how Nick looked when he was 4. He never takes off his hoodie. I don't know if he's chilly or if it's a comfort thing. I did however have the perfect outfit for him which now just hangs in the closest as a reminder that I forgot it.
